Vacation Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the check-in date.
• Payment can be made via [list payment methods]. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time is 
   
  3PM, and check-out is by 11AM
• Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply.

4. Maximum Occupancy

• The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

5. House Rules

• No smoking is allowed inside the property.
• No pets are permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.
• Please respect neighbors and maintain a low noise level, especially between [XX
   
  10PM and 7AM
   
• Parties or events are not permitted unless approved in advance.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

• A cleaning fee of 75.00 USD will be charged. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional cost.
• Guests are expected to keep the property in a neat and orderly condition. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

7. Liability & Security

• The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of their party.
• A refundable security deposit of $500.00 USD is required. This deposit will be returned within 5 days of check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental terms.

8. Resort & Amenities Access

• Guests have access to the amenities of Pueblo Bonito, including all the amenitites of Pueblo Bonito Rose, Blanco, Pacifica, Sunset or Copala. Rules and schedules for these amenities may change and are subject to the discretion of the resort management.

9. Parking

• Parking is Available in non covered area there is lots of parking in the resort but if spot is covered and marked it is private and you can be fined for parking in one of those spots. 

10. Compliance with Local Laws

• Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
